Using this website

This website is provided by Square One Electric LLC for information about our services and to let you request a visit. Content is for general information and isn't a quote. Prices shown are typical ranges; your written estimate governs.

Estimates and work

Estimates are free. Troubleshooting and repair visits carry a $135 minimum plus parts, credited to the project if the proposal is accepted. Work is performed under a written estimate or proposal, and is covered by a one-year parts and workmanship warranty from the date of completion. Utility fees, including any charged by MLGW, are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise in writing.

Scheduling

Appointment windows offered through our website or by text are requests until we confirm them. We'll confirm by phone, text, or email.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Square One Electric LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits the warranty on our work.

Program description

Square One Electric sends text messages to customers who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and invoice notifications, responses to your questions, and requests for feedback or a review after a completed job.

How you opt in

By providing your mobile number to us by phone, in person, or through our website request form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Frequency varies based on your service. A typical job generates a handful of messages: confirmation, reminder, invoice, and a follow-up.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call (901) 467‑7607.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
