Square One Electric LLC ("Square One Electric," "we," "us") is an electrical contractor based in Bartlett, Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect from customers and website visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you call, text, email, or submit a request through our website, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the electrical work you need. When you become a customer, we also keep records of estimates, appointments, invoices, and payments. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform work, send appointment confirmations and reminders, send invoices and receipts, ask for feedback or a review after a job is complete, and keep the records a licensed contractor is required to keep. If you give us your mobile number, we may send you text messages about your appointments, estimates, invoices, and requests for feedback. Message frequency varies with your service. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We use third-party services to run the business, and they process your information only to provide those services to us: Jobber (scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and customer messaging), GoHighLevel (contact management and messaging), Google (Business Profile, analytics, and forms), and our payment processor. We may share information when required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and warranty obligations.

Your choices
